How does payment for the groceries themselves work?
Clients can pre-pay the store online for pickup orders, send the helper with a list and their preferred payment arrangement, or shop together in person. We document every purchase with receipts in the visit recap.
Can you set up a weekly standing errand day?
Yes — most errand clients settle into a rhythm like every Tuesday at 10. The same helper, the same route, and a recap to the family when it's done. Check-In and Family plan hours cover this perfectly.
Do you deliver like Instacart does?
We're intentionally more than delivery: we come inside, put the groceries away, check in, and chat. For many clients that twenty minutes of company matters as much as the milk.
