Is this a medical transport service?
No. We provide companionship transportation only — no wheelchair vans, no medical assistance. For clients who use a cane, walker, or folding wheelchair and can get in and out of a sedan with light steadying help, we're a great fit.
Will the same person drive my father each time?
That's our goal, and it's one of the reasons families choose us over ride-share options. We match each household with a small circle of preferred helpers so the face at the door is familiar.
Can the helper come into the appointment?
The helper waits in the waiting room by default and can accompany your loved one into the appointment if the client and provider invite them — many families ask us to jot down follow-up instructions to include in the visit recap.
