Can you fix the device yourself?

We handle everything software-side: setup, transfers, accounts, troubleshooting. For hardware failures we manage the repair — driving the device to the Apple Store, Best Buy, or carrier store, handling the appointment, and setting everything back up afterward.

My mother gets flustered with technology. How do you handle that?

Slowly, and without jargon. Our tech helpers are chosen for patience first and skill second. We leave behind simple written instructions in large print for anything we teach, and we're happy to repeat a lesson on a future visit.

Do you sell computers or equipment?

No, and that's deliberate — we have no incentive to upsell anything. If a new device is genuinely needed, we'll recommend options at different price points and can handle the shopping trip or online order with you.
